Pokémon and characteristics
We will be able to capture pokémon from the first generation up to the third generation, with including legendarysuch as entei, latios and latias or hoho. Of course, in the battles we will be able to fight against pokémon up to the fourth generation, but we will only be able to battle, not capture them. During the adventure we will have new opponents, which will be quite complicated with completely random battles. About the attacks and moves I think there is not much new, since we will have everything up to the third generation.
Simple Graphics
About the graphics the truth is that we will not see many changes, at most our main character, plus other secondary characters, although they tend to be the typical fire red and emerald. What has changed a lot is the map of the regionYou will be able to see the new locations to learn about the different routes you can take.
History
On your way to becoming the best trainer, you will face two evil teams that will interfere with your plans, and you will have to stop them in their tracks several times throughout the story. There are also, besides the player's brother, many rivals such as may, brendan (friendly rivals) and denzel (the not so friendly rival).
